Resuming post illustration of Francis: "What brings you this site"
few chops in the text (sorry, Francois ...), enrichment in red is me -
The total to discover here in François Bon ...
... Response to an inquiry
When you created your site, The Third Book, what was your intent? How much time do you spend per day?
My first personal website has gradually become a collective site (which still exists, remue.net ), my intention in creating TL c ' was to return to space more circumscribed personal experimentation.
I spent there no specific time: I do my work as an author, read, write, walk, think, exchange ...
.... I like to explore these new areas of language that emerge: Flaubert as other Gamberg, growled, liked the smell of her kitchen with a tool c ike twitter not write or speak more just becomes clear that this space can be shared - why not?
... until recently, remained compartmentalized outside the network activity, become permeable: a few months ago, come in 3 hours of lectures or writing workshop, they cut off the relationship network. This year, am very curious to exploit the connection live students in the room between them and me with them: work with the network presence as we work with the presence body.

What brings you this site? A more direct link to the reader? A different way to write?
My site gives me nothing. Absolutely nothing, no money anyway. We do not write for a reader, you work for yourself - if it's really not worth it, better go do a job that allows you to eat.
... Gracq has issued only a 2 / 10 of what he wrote every day, including ephemeris (see chapter by that name in Initials ), reading notes, memos observation, and how are we to have received dozens of its mini cards with messages often no longer only 140 characters?
Gracq love with twitter, and every day.
... I feel good when I'm unable to return handwriting, which in any case has never been an instance crucial in our literary history, from the mental composition , writing dictated , correcting printing on cupboard etc.. - O Flaubert's anger against those who used the pen of steel instead of the quill pen, the literature would drown!
... this radicalism is irrelevant anyway its supports, see Artaud, see Char, see Harms ...
You have, I think, a Sony Reader. Has it changed your way of thinking about reading?
... But no, it is used strictly as a paper book , just a little more practical because more light, containing part of the library and for taking notes and text searching. I have my most basic reading, Saint-Simon, or Balzac or Proust, or leisure reading, read a Jules Verne or Arsene Lupin.
I think the real revolution in reading, the incipient movement (even if it is in continuity, we have always copied etc.) of read to read-write (there are some very nice notes of Duras and Aragon on this phrase).
Overall ... in a day, time spent reading has not changed for me what it was 10 years ago or now - just as in the allocation of this time, the computer takes place over and more essential, since the evening news to private correspondence or radio show, and of course reading dense .
The emergence of "reading lights", is this the death of paper books?
course.
Also ... since no one has the electric guitar never played the violin!
... the book industry will undoubtedly become a lot obviously, but it's about little creative writing itself, which is just one tiny gravel.
For cons, the city libraries, as a physical place of a community around the experiences of language, can keep a real role.
you understand the resistance of some face-book?
should ask them. Unlike science, or the musicians, writers guild seems the most rot for what is to accept the application of digital technology, while paradoxically the whole book industry, long ago, is digital. remains whether cetaceans found stranded on beaches have understood the reason which made them lay on the sand.
What do you think the player will look like tomorrow? What will be his way of reading?
... The Examples abound: the end of the CD-ROM connection ADSL, the arrival of Google or how social networks oust the now partially or which begins with the arrival of tablets ... We advance in a rapidly changing, with chaotic effects obviously. But all the thinking, both science side, that even in our small field of literature, with negative utopias, or what they find giant to read and read Rabelais, who invented the interior of a mutation of the same magnitude is we did not necessarily need to rely on predictability for negotiate with responsibility - and invention - this.
... the writing was never concerned that a small third of the languages. The silent reading is a concept who has less than 400 years. Literature has its origin in this voltage with the immediate world, which also produces the trance, or song, and where appoint involved probably the first alarm. This tension, accept it for this: so much to discover, invent.

Telling well , Koltes said: that's enough for this exercise.
Oh well it is better to say (how bud jl) - thank you, Monsieur Bon ...
