Mission: review fourth week

This past week, I continued, according to the current denominations random (people ranting elsewhere against the lack of planning cuts from the national electricity company), my training with members of the ACP: maintenance, OpenOffice ...

I also supervised the new young trainers in their handling of the training office. They are motivated and are doing quite well, despite some flaws classics among new teachers (temptation to show and do instead of people trained, etc.). Here they are at work:

We have also, with some members, continued to assess the needs of the association. We have added two projects to the list of planned activities, quoted last week: first, the organization of courses (free) holiday for children in 6th grade and 3rd in Math, English and French (see my message about the education system ), and secondly improving services offered to e (better connection speed, adding a color printer and a binding machine documents, ...). Both projects generate human needs difficult to fill locally, and which will be offerings of Mission Development Without Borders need one or several teachers volunteer (s) for the first project, a network specialist for the second. If you're interested, please let me talk!

Furthermore, we made several visits to the authorities: Borough Hall, Ministry of Youth and Employment, Embassy of France. I have noted on this occasion that the association is an already well known from various officials, and there were among the "godfathers" (private sponsors who funded the association in its early stages) of PCR prestigious names: Chief Justice Accounts, direct cousin of First Lady, etc..

We have also made the official presentation of gifts to the association. CPA thanks the generous donors, and through me indicates that they are welcome to Ouagadougou, where they will be treated like royalty (as I was!).

My holiday ends, I go into the night from Tuesday to Wednesday. I still have many things to tell you, so I will complete this blog on my return to France. I invite you to continue to visit him!

Finally, a short personal message: good luck to Valentine, now former head of DFS Francophone Africa for his new business.
